What we collect, how it is stored, and what we do and do not do with it.

What we collect

  • Identity and contact details you give us: name, email address and phone number.
  • Your consent records, including which disclosures you accepted and when.
  • Your risk parameters and the timestamped history of changes to them.
  • Trade data generated by the service on your account: instruments, prices, charges and results.
  • A broker access token, obtained through your broker’s authorisation flow.
  • Basic technical data such as IP address and browser user agent, used for security and abuse prevention.

How it is stored

Data is held on servers under our control. Broker access tokens are encrypted at rest, are never exposed to the browser, and are never written to application logs.

Access is restricted to what is necessary to operate the service. Each user’s data and execution are isolated from every other user’s.

How it is used

  • To operate the service on your account within the parameters you set.
  • To contact you about your trial, your subscription and material changes to the service.
  • To provide support when you ask for it.
  • To meet legal, tax and audit obligations, including maintaining the consent record.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We share data with service providers only where necessary to run the service — for example your broker, and our hosting and payment providers — and only to the extent required.

Retention

Personal and trading records are retained while your account is active and thereafter for the period required by applicable law and for the resolution of any dispute. Consent records are retained as part of the audit trail.

Your rights

You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for corrections, revoke your broker authorisation at any time, and request deletion subject to our legal retention obligations. Contact us to exercise any of these.
